Terms for influencers participating in the Max Madness crowdfunding
1. As a influencer with a YouTube channel with more than 10k subscribers, you can participate on the crowdfunding (donation) with a name or code created by you.
2. Each time someone uses your code on the donation page and make a payment, you will have a % of the tier choice.
3. Channels from 10k to 100k subscribers receive 10% of the tier choice. Channels from 100k to 300k subscribers receive 20% of the tier choice. Channels from 300k to 600k subscribers receive 30% of the tier choice. Channels from 600k to 1M subscribers receive 40% of the tier choice. Channels with more than 1M subscribers receive 50% of the tier choice.
4. You confirm that you have read and agree with everything written in the Frequently Asked Questions section of the page https://www.rodrigobanzato.com/Influencers You are also made aware of the terms for supporters/donors: Terms and Policies
5. You confirm that you are of legal age, that you have a bank account, and that you must wait for the funds collected under your code or name to reach at least $100,00 USD so that we can make a transfer within 90 days from the date this amount is reached.
6. You agree to participate in and take care of promoting your own code or name and explaining to your followers how to participate by adding the code at the time of payment for their chosen crowdfunding option.
7. You agree to be friendly and exchange emails should any doubts or questions arise regarding your participation.
8. Rodrigo Banzato may cancel your participation at any time if there is any disagreement between the parties or an internal problem. In this case, prior notice will be given and any amount will be refunded within a period agreed upon by both parties.
